Yesterday was a great day for me. I attended the Grand Opening of Trader Joe's in my neighborhood. I am a frequent shopper and often give guided tours to friends to point out the best organic products and sumptuous foods.  If you are contemplating buying apple cider vinegar there, don't do it if you're interested in the benefits of ACV. Their generic brand is unfiltered, but it's pasteurized. The heating process for pasteurization destroys the valuable enzymes.

By definition, eating healthy means that you include the recommended 5 - 7 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. A new Gallop Healthways Well-Being Index report shows how people in a number of demographics are adhering to these recommendations. 

I think it's interesting to learn that people think they eat healthy if they avoid certain foods.
